M5StampS3 Program Compilation and Flashing

1. Preparation

• Arduino IDE Installation: Refer to the Arduino IDE Installation Tutorial to complete the IDE installation.
• Board Management Installation: Refer to the Basic Environment Setup Tutorial to complete the IDE and M5Stack board management installation and select the M5StampS3 development board.
• Dependency Library Installation: Refer to the Library Management Installation Tutorial to complete the installation of the M5StampS3 driver library.

2. Download Mode

• Press and hold the G0 button on the M5StampS3 before powering up, then connect the USB cable for power supply to enter the download mode.
  

3. Board and Port Selection

1. Connect the device to the computer via USB cable, and after completing the driver installation, you can select the corresponding board and the device's port in the Arduino IDE.

4. Download M5StampS3 Library Files

• 1. Refer to the Library Installation Tutorial , git clone the M5StampS3 Library Files into the Arduino library folder.

5. Program Compilation & Flashing

• Here, I will simply control the board's RGB light as an example.

1. Open the RGB Program and click to upload the code.

2. After the upload is completed, you can see the following effect.
